Director of Operations
Diana Shaikhy
I pursued Master's degree in Predictive Analytics and Risk Management at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, a program at the intersection of data science, statistical modeling, and business strategy. Through this program, I have developed a strong foundation in leveraging data-driven insights to support smarter decision-making in complex organizational environments. Before moving to the United States, I earned a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Mathematics and gained meaningful professional experience through internships at KPMG and the Central Asian International Financial Center, where I worked within risk management departments supporting institutional initiatives. These experiences sharpened my analytical thinking and deepened my understanding of risk frameworks. I am passionate about applying quantitative methods to real-world business challenges and am committed to continuous growth as both a professional and a contributor to the communities I am part of.

Director of Programs
Tonya D. Taylor
Tonya Taylor does not simply talk about servant leadership — she has lived it for more than 25 years. Long before earning her Master of Human Resource Management, she was volunteering at a shelter for women and children, answering crisis lines, and packing meals for children who would never know her name. As Director of Programs she brings deep institutional credibility, frontline compassion, and the operational horsepower to build programs that truly move people forward. She is not simply an administrator — she is a mission architect.
