Leadership Forum

Transform knowledge into impact and drive innovation in your organization with your participation in our flagship  Leadership Training Program

The Leadership Forums were crafted with the intent laying the foundation that will aid in developing outstanding leaders. The initial forum was designed to establish a baseline of understanding of the abiding principles of successful and effective leadership. We also focus on describing mission-critical personal characteristics and critical success factors associated with highly effective leaders.

Servant

A servant-leader focuses primarily on the growth and well-being of people and the communities to which they belong.

Transformational

Under transformational leaders, people have tons of autonomy, as well as plenty of breathing room to innovate and think outside the box.

Charismatic

Charismatic leaders are very inspirational and effective at getting an entire group invested in a shared objective.

Leadership Forum

Leadership is the accomplishment of a goal through the direction of human assistants. The man who successfully marshals his human collaborators to achieve particular ends is a leader. A great leader is one who can do so day after day, and year after year, in a wide variety of circumstances.

Goals

• Establish clear definitions and descriptions of leadership, leaders and the personal characteristics that garner success.

• Begin to enable Leadership self-assessment for personal growth.
